📌 Overview

Welcome to Pete’s Beach Rentals! By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

We provide delivery and pickup of beach equipment directly to your hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental, allowing you to enjoy your stay without the hassle of buying or transporting gear.

⚠️ Important Rental Policy

We do NOT offer single-day rentals.
All bookings require a minimum 2-day rental period.

🏝️ Rental Terms

  • Minimum rental: 2 days
  • Delivery: Day of arrival (check-in day)
  • Pickup: Day of departure
  • Equipment is delivered to your lodging location (hotel, condo, Airbnb)
  • Customers are responsible for transporting equipment to and from the beach

💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔️ Cancellations (48+ Hours Notice)

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery are eligible for a refund
  • A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund

❌ Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours)

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable

🚫 No Shows / Delivery Issues

  • Orders are non-refundable if:
    • Incorrect address is provided
    • We cannot access the delivery location
    • Customer is unreachable

🌦️ Weather Policy

  • No refunds due to weather conditions
  • Rentals are for the duration of your stay—not based on daily weather
  • We recommend checking the forecast before booking

🪑 Equipment Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all rented items during your stay
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items may result in additional charges
  • Please secure equipment when not in use

🚚 Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is made to your hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental
  • No beach setup is included
  • Equipment must be accessible for pickup on your departure day

⚖️ Liability Waiver

By renting from Pete’s Beach Rentals, you agree:

  • To use all equipment at your own risk
  • Pete’s Beach Rentals and PEN Services LLC are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages

🔄 Order Modifications

  • Changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • We will do our best to accommodate requests, but availability is not guaranteed
