Pete's Beach Rentals – Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Pete's Beach Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period: All rentals require a minimum of 2 days. The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date. You will not be charged for checkout day. Rental period may appear to be an additional day but you will not be charged for checkout day on scheduler.
2. Delivery & Pickup: We deliver to St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, and Clearwater Beach. Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
3. Equipment Use: Equipment is for normal beach use only. Customers must secure items and use responsibly.
4. Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all equipment during the rental period, including loss, theft, or damage.
5. Damage or Loss: Any damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
6. Weather Policy: No refunds due to weather conditions.
7. Cancellations: Cancellations 48+ hours before delivery may be eligible for refund. Less than 48 hours see cancellation policy
8. Access Issues: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, the order may be canceled without refund.
