How does beach gear delivery work?

We deliver your beach gear once at the start of your stay and pick it up at the end.

You’ll have full access to the equipment throughout your vacation — no daily deliveries or interruptions.

Do you set up the beach chairs and umbrellas?

No. We are a delivery-only service.

Your gear is delivered to your rental location so you can use it day-to-day during your stay.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes. All rentals have a 2-day minimum, which allows you to enjoy the gear throughout your vacation without paying daily rental rates.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to vacation rentals and accommodations in:

  • Madeira Beach

If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, feel free to contact us before booking.

What time will my gear be delivered?

Delivery times are scheduled within a delivery window on your arrival day.

Exact delivery times may vary based on location and volume, but your gear will be delivered early in the day whenever possible.

When is my gear picked up?

Pickup is scheduled for the last day of your rental, typically after checkout.

You don’t need to be present for pickup as long as the gear is accessible.

Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?

No. As long as we have clear access instructions, you do not need to be present.

What if I’m staying in a condo or gated community?

That’s no problem.

Please include condo name, gate codes, parking instructions, or beach access details in the order notes during checkout.

What happens if weather affects our beach plans?

Our rentals are designed for multi-day stays, giving you flexibility.

If weather impacts one day, you still have the gear available for the rest of your vacation.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable damage or loss deposit may be required for some rentals.

Any deposit details will be clearly shown during checkout.

What if equipment is damaged or lost?

Normal wear from beach use is expected.

Customers are responsible for significant damage or loss beyond normal use.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes. Cancellation and change policies are outlined during checkout and in our Rental Agreement.

If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available depending on availability and location, but is not guaranteed.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability for your stay.

Can I add items after I place my order?

Yes. If availability allows, you may add items by contacting us before delivery.
